Biofilm Imaging in Porous Media by Laboratory X-ray Tomography: Combining a Non-Destructive Contrast Agent with Propagation-Based Phase-Contrast Imaging Tools.
Raw and segmented data presented in Carrel et al. (2017). The porous media consists of nafion grains in which biofilm was cultivated for 7 days. Iron sulfate (FeSO4) was added to the growth medium and used as a contrast agent. This data was resconstructed without the application of a Lorentzian filter.
