Micro-CT imaging of capillary plate experiments on water-wet and mixed-wet heterogeneous sandstones


Mixed-wet dry scan Origin Data

The images were taken at 6.5 µm voxel size, and 1.15 s integration time per radiograph for 2400 projections. The X-ray tube settings were 110 kV and 8 W. The tomograms were reconstructed using Octopus Reconstruction software (Tescan-XRE, Belgium). The image was denoised using the non-local means (NLM) edge-preserving filter in Avizo 2020.3 (ThermoFisher Scientific).
