The images were taken at 6.5 µm voxel size, 2400 projections, 1150 ms integration time per radiograph. The X-ray tube settings were 110 kV and 8 W. The tomograms were reconstructed using Octopus Reconstruction software (Tescan-XRE, Belgium).
