XRD and ICP-OES results interpreted together indicate mineralogy of 91.2% quartz, 3.8% microcline, 3.1% kaolinite, and 1.3% ankerite. Grain size analysis provides the cutoff grain sizes at which 10%, 50%, and 90% pass are 10 µm, 159 µm, and 238 µm respectively.
