Digital rock segmentation from micro-CT/SEM data by using convolutional neural network

This project is conducted by Yufu Niu,Ryan Armstrong and Peyman Mostaghimi from School of Minerals & Energy Resources Engineering,University of New South Wales. The data includes north sea sandstone dry micro-CT image, related SEM image and segmentation images from watershed, otsu thresholding methods. The porosity of this sandstone is 20.429% and it is estimated from the related watershed segmentation image.
