Residual CO2 trapping in oil-wet sandstone

Sandstone was filled with oil, and then water was injected. Images were acquired with an Xradia VersaXRM. Samples were cylindrical, 5mm diameter, 10 mm length. Voxel resolution = 3.4 um. 80 kV is the energy used in the tomograph, 10 MPa is the pore pressure, 15 MPa is the confining pressure, at 25 C temperature.
